Aricent Recruits Trainees in CISCO TAC

We are in the process of hiring  trainees for network support who will undergo 6 months training with us. The training opportunity is available in Gurgaon.
The details of above requirement are given below:

Job Title: Trainee

Job Profile: Interacting with customers,
understanding their needs and providing technical support to Customer by
remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on
all CISCO products

Qualification: Any technical Graduate with CCNA certification

Year of Passout:2007 & 2008

Skills Required: Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
Routing Protocols TCP/ IP and IRQs Basic operating systems related to
Networking Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.

Candidates meeting the above mentioned Eligibility Criteria can appear for selection process as per the below mentioned schedule:

Round I: Voice & Accent
       
Round II: Technical Test (CCNA Concepts)
       
Round III: 3 Technical interviews
        
Round IV: HR interview

 NOTE:
     
Willing to work in 24*7 Support (US Shifts)
Should be willing to work on voice based technical support
Each round of selection process is elimination round
Candidates will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period
All Terms and conditions of the iRefer program will apply
After successful completion of training period, the candidates may get regularized subject to open positions.
