Product Lead - Technology
-- Computer Science B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with 3+ years experience (2+ for
M.Tech)
-- Good Aptitude/Analytical skills.
-- Good knowledge of Java/C++/Databases/SQL
-- Experience in building a high-performance system (handling internet-like
volumes)
-- Good communication skills -- Ability to review code/design of a junior
person and mentor that person
-- Knowledge of php, a plus
-- Engineering degree from a reputed institute and a good academic
performance, a plus

Product Engineer
-- Computer Science B.E/B.Tech/MCA with 0-1 year experience
-- Engineering degree from a reputed institute and a good academic
performance, a plus

Ad Operations Associate

*Job Description*
Product Lead - Technology
1. To contribute in the design, implementation, deployment of the Product
modules.
2. To lead in the effort in conceptualizing improvements, new modules,
roadmap for the Product modules
3. Mentor junior members of the team by continuously reviewing their
design/code and giving feedback.

Product engineer
1. To independently design and implement the Product modules
identified/assigned by adhering to the processes identified by the team.
2. To make sure all the owned modules meet the quality criteria by following
a good quality framework.
3. To contribute in the overall architectural design of the system

Ad Operations Associate
1. To implement any ad campaign related changes like banner uploads, site
distribution settings, targeting rules etc.
2. To continuously monitor the running of the ad campaigns and provide
feedback and raise alerts
3. Handle the reporting aspects of the campaign
